Job Position at Premier Credit Limited Available For Recruitment

  1. Customer Retention and Reactivation Officer – (5 Positions)

General Requirements

The following are the details of the available job position at Premier Credit Limited;

Job Purpose:

The overall purpose of this role is to provide a one-stop financial solution to retail customers following-up on non-funded and dormant accounts, up-selling and cross-selling to account holders and potential leads, provide efficient, effective customer service with utmost level of consistency and quality to all customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. • Outbound campaigns – Make outbound Calls to drive funding, inactivity management, dormant account reactivation etc.
  2. • Identify opportunities to push the Institution’s products and services by customarily requesting inward customers for stretched business and referrals, to aid in the proceeding with business growth of the Institution.
  3. • Achieve in Initiating contact with pre-existing customer and address inquiries seeking to establish a long-term valuable relationship, largely founded on enhancing sales deliverables.
  4. • Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) on various products and services and address any complaints for service recovery and customer satisfaction
  5. • Quality health check calls, market intelligence on products and services consumed by customers from the competition and customer profiling.
  6. • Ensure customer feedback and insights from the various campaigns is accurately captured and any urgent customer issue is escalated for resolution.

Academic qualifications & Experience:

  1. A minimum of a Diploma in any academic discipline from a recognized University.
  2. At least 6 months experience in Banking / Microfinance industry.
  3. Experience in customer service is a plus

Skills Required:

  1. Excellent customer service orientation.
  2. High level of integrity.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Selling skills.
  5. Basic product knowledge.
  6. Good Interpersonal Skills.
  7. Problem solving abilities

Area of Residence:

Preferably candidates staying around Kampala and the close neighboring town

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 6

Level of Education: Associate Degree
