Duties and Key Accountabilities for Finance Trust Bank (FTB) Recruitment

Prospective candidates should note the below duties and accountabilities which they will adhere to:

  1. Carry out investigations on incidents reported and prepare reports as per laid down bank policies/procedures
  2. Monitoring changes to local privacy laws and making recommendations
  3. Conduct awareness trainings on data Protection and privacy for bank employees
  4. Collaborating with the Information Security function to maintain records of all data assets, data loss incidents and any data security breaches that may occur
  5. Coordinate fraud awareness trainings to all bank staff
  6. Managing fraud by formulating, implementing, and maintaining fraud prevention, detection, and response
  7. Provide technical advice on fraud and forensic Investigations
Qualifications and Skills for FTB Recruitment

The below qualifications and skills are required from candidates applying for the job vacancies at Finance Trust Bank (FTB):

  1. A Degree in a relevant field
  2. Qualifications and/or certification in investigation/ training is required
  3. At least two years of progressive experience relevant field
  4. Highly analytical and able to prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues
  5. Proper Understanding of Banking regulations including and not limited to the FIA and DPPA
  6. Good communications, teamwork, flexibility, and conflict management skills
  7. Good working knowledge of SLA’s and policies
  8. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  9. Confidentiality skills possession
  10. High integrity skills possession
