Job Position

FlySafair is looking to recruit an eligible candidate for the position below:

1. Line Warehouse Controller (CPT) – Online Application

­Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for spares movements between CPT and other stations as well as ensuring that capturing of all data is done timeously on the stock management system to ensure accurate info is available at all times;
2. Binning of parts received into respective areas;
3. Conduct weekly cycle counts;
4. Accurate record keeping and filing of all relevant documentation pertaining to spares movements;
5. Updating of the stock system to reflect spares movements;
6. Creating of documentation for shipping purposes (COMAT) as well as packaging as per general practise or as required by Work Instructions will be done;
7. Routing of parts to outstations, hangars and airports where it is needed;
8. Updating of spares requisition system as soon as parts are received or dispatched;
9. Housekeeping to be done daily;
10. Attend to all requests for spares sent through via email, phone calls or WhatsApp;
11. Carry out general warehouse duties as requested by supervisor;
12. Ensure access to warehouse is controlled at all times;
13. Monitoring and managing of BRN’s for all spares on the line;
14. Assist with loading and offloading of spares on the aircrafts;
15. Assist with all queries on spares in the station;
16. Carry out ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

1. Grade 12 or equivalent;
2. 1 to 2 years warehouse experience;
3. Must have a valid driver’s license;
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
5. Must be willing to work shifts.
6. Excellent attention to detail and reliable

8. Good verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to work independently
10. Willingness to work overtime when required
11. Immaculate time keeping
12. Flexibility
13. Must be a team player.
