DFCU Bank Recruitment Requirements
Below are the requirements needed for DFCU bank recruitment:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree required in Commerce, Accounting or Business Statistics or another field
- Candidate must possess Treasury Certification (ACI)
- Candidate with recognized Professional Qualification in Trade Finance or International Trade Management have an added advantage
- Candidate must have at least seven (7) years of banking experience two of which in a Trade finance and/or Treasury operations supervisory role
- Candidate must be updated with knowledge of current Trade finance and Treasury Back Office operating practices and procedures
- Up-to-date knowledge of compliance matters, including KYC, AML, and CFT issues
- Candidate must have a sound understanding of banking, foreign exchange, and Treasury functions
- Candidate must possess a good Knowledge and experience in examining and re-engineering processes and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new processes and procedures
