Below are the requirements needed for DFCU bank recruitment:

1. Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree required in Commerce, Accounting or Business Statistics or another field
2. Candidate must possess Treasury Certification (ACI)
3. Candidate with recognized Professional Qualification in Trade Finance or International Trade Management have an added advantage
4. Candidate must have at least seven (7) years of banking experience two of which in a Trade finance and/or Treasury operations supervisory role
5. Candidate must be updated with knowledge of current Trade finance and Treasury Back Office operating practices and procedures
6. Up-to-date knowledge of compliance matters, including KYC, AML, and CFT issues
7. Candidate must have a sound understanding of banking, foreign exchange, and Treasury functions
8. Candidate must possess a good Knowledge and experience in examining and re-engineering processes and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new processes and procedures
