- Customer Retention and Reactivation Officer – (5 Positions)
General Requirements
The following are the details of the available job position at Premier Credit Limited;
Job Purpose:
The overall purpose of this role is to provide a one-stop financial solution to retail customers following-up on non-funded and dormant accounts, up-selling and cross-selling to account holders and potential leads, provide efficient, effective customer service with utmost level of consistency and quality to all customers.
Responsibilities:
- • Outbound campaigns – Make outbound Calls to drive funding, inactivity management, dormant account reactivation etc.
- • Identify opportunities to push the Institution’s products and services by customarily requesting inward customers for stretched business and referrals, to aid in the proceeding with business growth of the Institution.
- • Achieve in Initiating contact with pre-existing customer and address inquiries seeking to establish a long-term valuable relationship, largely founded on enhancing sales deliverables.
- • Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) on various products and services and address any complaints for service recovery and customer satisfaction
- • Quality health check calls, market intelligence on products and services consumed by customers from the competition and customer profiling.
- • Ensure customer feedback and insights from the various campaigns is accurately captured and any urgent customer issue is escalated for resolution.
Academic qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of a Diploma in any academic discipline from a recognized University.
- At least 6 months experience in Banking / Microfinance industry.
- Experience in customer service is a plus
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- High level of integrity.
- Good communication skills.
- Selling skills.
- Basic product knowledge.
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Problem solving abilities
Area of Residence:
Preferably candidates staying around Kampala and the close neighboring town
